Our development area has products of proven functionality in the market, such as: Facial Recognition, VMS, LPR, Digital Media Library, Situation Orchestrator, among others.
Help Desk
The Help Desk is responsible for customer support and troubleshooting. It operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with 0810 and a ticket system of its own design.
This area uses a three-level support system, which ensures that support can be provided both remotely and in person, with the assistance of technicians and specialists.
